If you are looking for a vacation where the sun shines, the beaches are huge and you can still see bald eagles, pelicans, dolphins and manatees you will find no better spot than beautiful Estero Island, Ft. Myers Beach, Florida, USA.

This area has all the amenities of a world class vacation destination.  Golf courses, restaurants, and shopping are close.  Orlando and the "Worlds"  are within an easy drive...but that isn't what makes this part of the country so special.  It is the incredible natural beauty.  Sit on your lanai and watch dolphins feeding in the gulf.   Walk the beaches.  Bring your boat and fish the Gulf of Mexico or back bays.

Visit world famous nature preserves.  Kayak the Calusa Blueway trail.  Sail in one of the top five cruising grounds in the world.  Fish the back bays, the beaches and the gulf.  There is so much to do for every age and ability. Little children are welcome and they have the beach and the pools for entertainment.

We are the Williamson-Davis families.  We love Florida and matanzagroup.gifespecially the Ft. Myers Beach area.  We love natural Florida-the beaches, bird watching, shelling, swimming, fishing, and kayaking.  We offer four different condos for our guests!  Two are on the quiet end of Estero Island featuring world class beaches. Unit 612, Carlos Pointe Beach Club is just a short walk to Lover's Key, one of Florida's most pristine beaches and natural areas.  Unit 4F, Coquina is located about two miles away on another beautiful section of beach. We launch our sea kayaks off the beach.  We explore the ancient Indian mounds.  We fish in the back bays.  We launch our sailboat at the public launch just a mile from Unit 612.

Our other two units are a boater's dream come true.  They are located at Boardwalk Caper-a gated boating community on a deep water canal, with no bridges.  Both include free dockage for your boat.  Imagine being able to bring your boat with you for fishing or sailing.  Safely moored right outside your door--you can spend your vacation out on the water--instead of worrying about your boat or carting things to and from your boat.  If you vacation with family members who don't want to go out on the water, they can play tennis or swim in any one of four pools or walk or jog on over a mile of boardwalks.  Boardwalk Caper is located right over the bridge from Estero Island.  While these units are not located on the beach--it is a short ten minute trolley or bike ride to the public beach.  (With your own boat you can easily motor to any beach you choose, including those on Sanibel Island).

When we want the excitement of Time Square, the tourist shops and the crowds, we hop on a trolley and head down the island.   Visit the links section of the web site and you will see why we think this area is so special.

Mary and Doug Williamson have retired to the Beach.

kath&bon.jpgOur units are family owned; you are not just another number with a large management company. Kathleen (in yellow blouse) and Bonnie (in red) are our managers. We believe our units offer the perfect vacation.  We know because our children built sand castles here, swam in the gulf, collected shells, and watched the beautiful sunsets from the lanai.  We have sailed and boated in the Gulf and explored the islands.  If you want to walk the beach--ours is the nicest.  A new barrier island is forming right off our beach.  This allows for miles of beachcombing where you can see birds and discover shells without the crowds.  Some rentals on Estero are next to the salt water marsh. When the tide goes out they have muck between their units and the Gulf. We have an incredibly wide sandy white beach at all times.

We keep our units sparkling clean and updated.  All have fully equipped ktichens.  All have heated swimming pools.  All offer sunset views.  All are tastefully decorated.

Please join us for your next vacation in the sun.

Bonnie Davis and Kathleen Williamson
