Thank you for your interest in our family-owned beach condo at Carlos Pointe!  We will do everything we can to make your family vacation a special time for you.  We will mail a key two (2) weeks prior to your arrival, or arrangements can be made for local pick-up.  An extra unit key and a mailbox key will be in the unit for you.  Please review the following information carefully, and notify us immediately if any changes are needed.

Damage Deposit:  Refundable damage deposit of $325 BY SEPARATE CHECK is due with final payment.  Deposit returned within 45 days upon:  (a) compliance with condominium regulations; (b) compliance with Departure Guidelines; and (c) All KEYS returned.  Deposit will be adjusted for damages, laundry service beyond normal usage, and any necessary extra cleaning charges.
No pets allowed.  This is a NON SMOKING condo.  No smoking allowed on lanai or in apartment!  Violation will result in termination of rental and loss of damage deposit.  Occupancy is restricted to registered guests only.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations must be made in writing.  Those received 60 days prior to arrival are subject to loss of deposit and any partial payments, unless we are able to rebook for the same time period.  Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival are subject to loss of full payment unless we are able to rebook for the same period.
